Always looking for improvement
About Us
e-Celtic was masterminded by Subir Mukherjee, a successful IS/IT professional who until that point had been offering his services in various areas of software development within Ireland as well as overseas. Supported by a small team of peers, sharing the vision, the company was launched in July 2002 with a mission to deliver simple yet robust IT solutions that can help businesses become more profitable through value-addition. Over the years the, the organisation has evolved in different ways but the core principle has always remained the same.

Currently, the company employs around 30 staff distributed over two offices in Dublin and Kolkata. The IS/IT teams comprise fresh, talented graduates and vastly experienced industry veterans thereby creating a unique balance of skill-sets, perspectives and business domain knowledge. It is the aim of the company to maintain a thoroughly professional yet relaxed work environment where people are encouraged to express their ideas without any hesitation. The company follows a flat-hierarchy approach to management in order to be in constant touch with the most important resource it has, the employees- in other words, the humans.
